Gayle, a native of New Mexico and self-employed as a technician for the last 15 years, has many years of experience in the technical world. She has an intuitive "knack" for the "art" of diagnosing a computer problem.  We are proud of being honest and ethical in our personal and business relationships.

 Eric, age 24, was born in Santa Fe; he is an A+ technician, and is currently employed full-time as a senior tech. In addition, he has a security clearance. He has many years of experience building computers, troubleshooting high-end applications, and teaching others to use the internet.

We both work on networks, including wireless technologies. Both competent technicians, we also understand and respect the importance of your data and the frustration that problems cause. No geek-speak allowed!

David Parks is an exceptional technician who is also attending New Mexico Tech during the week.  He works for RAMtech as often as he can sqeeze us in!  Every client who has had David come to their home or office has been extremely delighted with his work ethic, his knowledge, timeliness, and responsibility.  We're lucky to have him around!
