According to research conducted by CBC News, only 3 out of 10 technicians who may come to your home actually know what they are doing. This is not just a sorry state of affairs, it’s downright scary!

One reason Gayle decided to offer on-site (as well as remote) PC support is because older women feel more comfortable with a female computer technician coming to their home.

PC-World found out in their undercover study of both nationwide computer service centers and small "Mom and Pop" computer shops, that somewhere around 80 or 90 percent of them either couldn't fix the problem or sold them hundreds of dollars of unneeded parts. That's eight or nine out of ten!

That's pretty sad!  RAMtech relies on referrals, word of mouth, ratings - that's because we are always rated high, praised lavishly, and can proudly say that our clients trust us (and for good reason: we ARE trustworthy souls!).  That is why we've been in business for the last 20 years.  Incompetent techs should just be publicly stoned (or... that didn't sound right, ha!).
